Boxercise is a class which uses a variety of punching and resistance exercises to provide an all over body workout. It also improves hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. This class is great for those wanting to get fit quick. Good fun and great de-stress!

Wednesdays at 6.15 - 7.15pm in the Colburn Village Hall, £3 Per person.
Aerobics is a cardiovascular workout for all levels of fitness, don't worry if you've never done aerobics before, the routines are easy to follow and good fun. Individuals can work at the level that suits them.
